Blue Heron Companies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use AgentWorks Studio (the "Service") at agentworksstudio.com.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. This information is necessary to provide the Service and communicate with you about your account.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including agent interactions, workflow configurations, and feature usage. This data helps us improve the platform and provide better support.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store, view, or have access to your full credit card number or bank account details. Stripe retains and processes this information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve services. We use your data to deliver the Service, process transactions, and continuously improve platform performance and reliability.
  • Communicate about your account. We send service-related emails such as account verification, billing receipts, security alerts, and important platform updates.
  • Prevent fraud. We monitor for and take action against unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, and other illegal activities to protect our users and platform.

Data Storage

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Kubernetes Engine) in the us-central1 region. We implement defense-in-depth security practices including network segmentation, access controls, and continuous monitoring.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third-party providers to deliver the Service:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. Visit stripe.com/privacy for details.
  • Google Cloud — Infrastructure and data hosting. Google's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data. Visit policies.google.com/privacy for details.
  • API Providers — Third-party API providers power first-party product features (e.g., email delivery, accounting sync, advertising platforms). Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

SMS / Text Messaging

We ask for text-message consent in two separate places, and you may give either one without the other. Neither box is checked for you, and neither is required to submit any form or to buy anything.

  • Service messages. If you check the service box on one of our web forms, or text START to one of our numbers, Blue Heron Companies (AgentWorks Studio and EngageSuite 360) will use your phone number to send customer care replies, appointment reminders, and account and service notifications.
  • Marketing messages. If you separately check the marketing box, we will also send promotions, offers and product news. This consent is optional and is collected on its own — declining it does not affect service messages, and agreeing to service messages never enrols you in marketing.

You can withdraw either consent at any time by replying STOP, which opts you out of all messages on that number, or by contacting us to remove just one of the two.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help at any time.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and you will receive a final confirmation message.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors that assist us in message delivery.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access your data. You can view and download your account data at any time through the platform dashboard.
  • Request deletion. You may request that we delete your personal data by contacting us at the email below. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
  • Export your data. You can export your agent configurations, conversation logs, and account data in standard formats.
  • Opt out of marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us directly. Service-related emails (account notices, billing) cannot be opted out of.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies. Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies. Optional cookies that help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve the experience. You may disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.
