About Blue Heron Companies
Blue Heron Companies is based in Largo, Florida, and was founded by Thomas Bedell, who leads it hands-on, from the product and the engineering to the selling. It makes AgentWorks Studio (AI agents for 27 industries), EngageSuite360 (the CRM built for your industry, with communications and AI agents built in) and The Front Desk Company (an AI receptionist for your industry). All of them run on one platform.
The company works the way it asks its customers to work. Agents take the communications and the details: they answer, follow up, keep the CRM current and report every day on what they did. People spend their time on the decisions, the customers and the build. If you join, you will review agent work in an approvals queue and decide where an agent should be trusted to act on its own.
What we look for
- You finish things and can show them: something you built, sold or fixed, and what changed because of it.
- You write plainly. Our customers run dental practices, law firms, contractors and shops, and they want straight answers.
- You are comfortable working alongside AI agents and checking their work rather than taking it on trust.
